For this house we proceeded to the manufacture of rough quarry perpiaño cut in depth for its facades, molded cornices for the eaves, trim and guttering for the windows, flamed columns with beveled shaft, molded capital and beveled base, smoke and gas outlet chimney, plot enclosure wall formed by columns, cover and rough perpiaño on two sides, stairs to access the plot and even the curb for the swimming pool.
